Hello everyone, I'm setting up BGP and OSFP between two pfSense devices for a proof of concept. Both are on the same WAN network (192.168.1.0/24) and use private BGP AS numbers. BGP is functioning well, but OSPF seems to be struggling—no neighbors detected. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

Confirmed working with the wrong ASN. Issue remains unresolved—I can ping one network, but not the others. Any suggestions?

BGP neighbors exist, but OSPF does not.

You can reach which network is active. The networks are likely being updated through the OSPF process during FRR.

The connections are being shifted across the systems. It's not possible to reach from one PFSS unit to another. PFSS units: WAN ranges 192.168.1.250 to 192.168.1.254 and 10.1.20.0 to 10.1.70.255. PFSS unit 2 operates on 192.168.1.2 to 192.168.1.31 with subnet 10.1.10.0 to 10.1.19.

Lurick successfully resolved the issue. The PFSense box with IP 1 was set up on the 10.1.10.0/24 network, then disabled it and functionality resumed.
