This game seems quite appealing. I saw some players streaming it on Twitch last night. Are there any people interested in purchasing it? Do you know if there were any issues at launch? I own Rome 2 and it had a lot of bugs. I might hold off until it drops 75% off on Steam before buying. The review on IGN gave it an 8.1/10 and mentioned that diplomacy and politics are problematic. The Wikipedia page for Total War: Attila provides more details.

I don’t rely on IGN, yet I enjoy checking their scores. Metacritic stands at 81 out of 100, with game rankings at 77.90%.

It appears many users express frustration over low frame rates on Metacritic. The score might be positive overall, yet specific criticisms highlight issues for certain titles. I’d monitor the situation before making a decision.

You're a huge fan of the series, owning every title. Rome 2 didn't live up to expectations. I've heard the upcoming Total War game is set to be Total War: Warhammer 40k.

They seem to be offering a fair value, around 40 euros, which feels reasonable. I plan to wait until the sales happen—summer is coming soon. Plus, was it really just you who loved Rome 2?

If that's the situation I really wish they wouldn't make a mistake!

I liked Rome 2, though I got it early and the pacing was slow. I spent around sixty hours on it a few months back. Perhaps I expected a higher quality than Rome: Total War. The first game is my top pick in that genre. I think I’ve played it many times over the years. It’s priced at $44.99, with an additional $7.99 for DLC. I’m in agreement. I’ll hold off until Steam offers a deal. I also enjoyed the Warhammer 40k Dawn of War series, but that’s about all I’ve tried so far. It sounds impressive, and I’m confident I’ll purchase it.

It's really hard to find a better option than the first one, especially when it's on sale. They handled it well, showing good intentions. Even with obvious errors, the deals were the best.

It often bothers me when a title drops unexpectedly without any announcement or excitement.
