Intel eliminated overclocking features in this BIOS release, and they also excluded every previous BIOS version except the latest one from their download page. I purchased a NUC from eBay to attach a powerful air cooler and attempt overclocking, since it was one of the few Skylake CPUs with EDRAM. However, Intel now restricts CPU overclocking entirely, leaving only GPU and memory adjustments possible. Voltage changes and CPU overclocking are still allowed, but the CPU remains unavailable for modification.
