This is kinda new implementation that I saw too. It's Microsoft trying to show you things they want you to open. This whole process of "hidden features" came with Windows 10 from the start. For example, they hid the Control panel, but you could still open it by clicking right click on the start menu, now it's hidden and from there. When you type MSCONFIG it suggests you and opens task manager "Startup tab" rather than msconfig window. As for your question, I don't know about fixing a thing that you can do in 2 clicks. Don't be that lazy
Sure, you can also save a quick link on your desktop and press Tab to open it without using a mouse or typing anything.
Based on what I've seen, it seems they haven't completed the full porting of the UI yet. Some features didn't function properly initially, but the main Windows remained operational. In the latest update, the issues with Windows 10 were resolved and the older version disappeared (like the file format settings for standard apps).
@9volt, could you share a screenshot? @WereCat, it seems you're missing Origin from the Start Menu, which means there are no results showing up. It ends up in the second group instead.
