Yes! It has two options currently on the 2.5G, and you're correct. If it keeps going, I'll move to the 1G and verify I'm connected via a 2.5G LAN with 60Mbps internet.

Checked the MSI site for that 2.5GB NIC and found outdated drivers listed there. The latest version available is 10.50.511.2021.

Consider the possibility that your problem stems from excessive heat, especially if PBO remains active at high temperatures. Switching PBO off and seeing cooler readings suggests it’s not the main cause.

I switched it off because it was throttling. I ordered the Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120, which is said to work better than 240mm AIOs and matches higher-end Noctua models—though the fans might be noisier. It only cost $42 (or $46 for the white version). Since my budget is already stretched thin on this PC, it’s a great upgrade for me.
