Hello, your purchase was made on September 27th from Amazon. They mentioned a code for Gears of War should arrive within 7 to 10 working days, but you haven’t received it yet. I’m checking if the code was sent after you selected the graphics card during the promotion period.

Received promo codes from the seller, which you then applied via NVIDIA. Usually I got them right away or within a couple of days at most.

The surge in orders led many to grab the download code right away and then cancel their purchases. To get the promo, you must buy directly from retailers listed on Nvidia's site.
