No one can specify exactly what these components are on your HP ProDesk 600 G3 SFF, but they are likely used for display and input functions.

These are PCIe ports. They're designed to fit graphics cards or other add-in cards.

Looking for a graphics card under 10,000 INR or 130 USD that fits your HP PRODESK 600 G3 SFF. I need something compatible with an i7-7700 CPU, 8 cores, and around 3.6GHz memory. Also, check the DirectX version and HD graphics support. Would also consider the internal HDD model WDC WD10EZEX-60WN4A0.

Likely any option would work, but a refurbished GTX 1060 with 6GB RAM or an RX 580 with 8GB should be ideal. If the case is small, you might face size limitations. Also, be sure to quote reviews or check @Abhirupam Sarmah for updates. Edited October 28, 2020 by Fasauceome

Since it uses the SFF design with half-height cards and the x16 port sits at the bottom, the top-tier options are likely a GT 1030 or RX 550.

It seems like you're considering a compact expansion slot but it's quite narrow. Powering a small graphics card and CPU case might be challenging. Would you consider swapping to a larger case, a budget motherboard, and a reliable power supply? Your existing CPU and hard drive should work fine, though the cooler is uncertain.

Since every half-height 1650s is a double slot card (to accommodate the cooler), and the specific slot you have is the longer one, it only provides one available space.
