No need to worry, your shitty laptop might just pull off CS:GO if it has enough power and a good setup!

Can a slow laptop play CS:GO even on basic settings? Your specs include an Intel Celeron CPU, 1.90 GHz, 2GB RAM, Windows 7, and a 64-bit OS.
CS:GO isn't overly tough to run. Should work well even on lower specs after some directory tweaks or adjustments. Lower resolution could help too. I've seen a question like this before—Planetside 2 is more challenging, but that player still got solid FPS with a similar setup.
It will function, but achieving smooth gameplay in CS:GO demands over 60 frames per second...
I used an i3 laptop for CS GO with native settings and low resolution. After about an hour it got hot. When I lowered the resolution and increased settings it worked fine. It seems your laptop might not handle it well, possibly showing poor performance or crashes.
