As others mentioned, it appears okay but there might be some pressure on the ram from the cooler. If the cooling system is really exerting force, it could cause issues later. As long as the fan spins smoothly, it’s probably fine. Alternatively, you could use a Dremel to lightly sand down any contact area, which is ultimately up to the dealer’s preference.
