No need to worry, the H100i Pro should keep things cool even with a 9900K workload.

Final queries everyone, thanks in advance. Will I trust the CPU when using that AIO?
Compressed air is the top choice, or water can work too. Make sure it's fully dry before use and keep electronics away.
What other model would you like to switch to? I’ve got the option to exchange the H100i even though I haven’t opened it yet.
You have the funds and prefer the AIO H150i, but if not, DRP4 and D15 make solid air cooling choices—each outperforms the H100i in certain cases. I’d aim for the 4.9 first.
I'm having trouble opening the cooler to install anything, so which AIO model would allow me to overclock it to 5GHz? I plan to go shopping tomorrow and bring back the H100i.
i have a 2080 ti msi trio and plan to upgrade to a 9900k. i’m considering the corsair liquid cooler h100i atm, but i’m not sure it will be enough for 5.1 ghz. i think returning it now wouldn’t be necessary since it’s only been a few days since purchase. what do you think? should i stick with the h100i or pick another cooler like the kraken x62?
