Checking if unlocking CPU power limits in BIOS is safe for your i5-14600K is a good question. With the stability concerns around those older Intel models, it's wise to verify current recommendations. Your setup with an Asrock B760M and Arctic Liquid Cooler looks solid. Just ensure you follow the latest BIOS updates and monitor performance closely after making changes.

When you manage the voltage, a suitable range is around 5.5 to 4.7 volts. At 1.24 to 1.26 volts, it should deliver approximately 220 watts in R23, making it feasible with a 360A inlet.

Initially there was no B760m support. Likely it's a B670m model, but that page is really poor. Check your BIOS version—it should be the latest one from June 2, 2025, which resolves these problems. It looks like your board might be missing the required update. You can find details at the ASROCK support site, though it's hard to navigate. I wouldn't rely on the current setup until they release an updated BIOS.

It's much safer if your CPU voltage stays low. The main problem with 13th/14th Intel CPUs is related to voltage, and as long as the turbo voltage remains below 1.3V, power usage won't become excessive.
