Only when you need the Skyrim HD mod with 4k details. I think the Skyrim HD Lite works fine—it runs at 2k resolution.

Same here, my GTX 760 handles some 4K textures just fine but the Skyrim Flora Overhaul Summer version proved a bit too much.
