I swapped the CPU cooler on my computer and removed the CPU. After putting the motherboard back in the case, the PS wouldn't work. I reinstalled the processor RAM and power connectors but still couldn't get it to function.

Which processor is connected? Are there any error codes, lights, or beep patterns? Is your ATX power and CPU power cable properly attached? Are the fans operating?

2600 gigabytes B450 i Pro Wi-Fi works without any issues, no error messages appear, and all fans operate smoothly.

You can mention an "@" symbol followed by a username to grab someone's interest. Do you think it's feasible that thermal paste ended up in your socket? It’s simple if there’s too much pre-applied and it slipped while removing the CPU. Have you looked at this easy POST guide?
