My settings are listed at the bottom of this post. I have a 5200 memory that I'm trying to overclock. I managed to reach 6400 MHz and it ran smoothly. Now, when I power on my PC, it only starts up after turning it on and off several times. It seems to work without CMOS. How can I enable CMOS and boot without issues? Also, please see the Part List here: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/j8pQrD. CPU: Intel Core i5-13600K 3.5 GHz 14-Core ($319.13 on Amazon). It appears 6400MHz isn't reliable. Return to default configurations.

Restore RAM to its initial pace and test functionality. If successful, reduce OC intensity accordingly.

It won’t start at all, showing a black screen until I force it off repeatedly enough to get Windows running.

Review the BIOS instructions as previously mentioned, focusing on the issue of booting intermittently, then return to the main screen.

Reset the CMOS to erase your BIOS configurations. If your device lacks a Clear CMOS switch, disconnect the computer and remove the CMOS battery for a short period to reset it.
