You're working with a 9950X and a ProArt X670E-CREATOR setup. The DRAM indicator lights up orange when power is on, which suggests a potential issue with the memory or BIOS configuration. You've tried different RAM sticks in various slots and positions, but nothing seems to resolve the problem. The lack of signal from your RTX 4070 and the absence of a beep from the debug speaker further point to possible hardware or firmware issues. Since you're limited to one motherboard and CPU, consider checking for BIOS updates, ensuring proper RAM installation, and verifying that all components are compatible with your system. If the problem persists, a professional diagnostic might be necessary.

I believe it relates to the Bios. The CPU wasn't compatible until the 2124 release. For an older Bios, you might need a compatible CPU and perform the update, then revert if necessary.

It turns out I was just being overly cautious. I hadn’t noticed the BIOS Flash button until I updated the new BIOS, after which it functioned properly! Thank you all for your comments!
