What is the model of the wireless keyboard and mouse? Are both adequately charged or powered? Which port connects the dongle to the front or rear panel USB?

Both devices are connected via a USB type A splitter. The front USB was inserted.

Remove the splitter. Retry using separate ports.

Was es möglich, mehrere Ports zu verwenden? Front und Rückseite? Haben Sie einen anderen Tastatur ausprobiert? Gibt es etwas, das kurz vor dem Auftreten dieses Problems anders gemacht wurde?

I have tested another keyboard and mouse. I used a workaround with splitter, but it didn't work. It boots up, but there is no mouse or keyboard. How can I access my data?

The system starts with Windows? Is it connected to your home network? Are there other computers on the same network? Have you ever turned on remote access on the affected device?

I don't have remote access; it's just one computer with a router and modem. The system will start and display the screen shot time and date.

I'm not certain about the meaning behind what you're seeing. Are you referring to something similar to the error displayed earlier, or would you like to see the standard Windows login screen? Also, did anything specific change right before this problem arose? Any updates or new software installations?
