It doesn't resemble thermal throttling since that would keep it at 100°C while performance drops. Instead, it seems the boost period is ending and it's moving toward the maximum sustained power level.

So here's an update: Apparently I've done a common rookie mistake and I haven't installed those trashy plastic screws correctly and they haven't applied enough pressure so the Cu core didn't cool it correctly. Anyways thank you to everyone in this thread that helped me(I think intel has to make manuals more clearly lol).The temps dropped drastically so from 50C on idle to 30C which is amazing in my opinion!
