There is a hack that lets you lock all cores to max turbo which is techically an overclock (all core turbo is lower than max turbo), but that prebuilt is not going to have a motherboard capable at it and the gains are tiny even after all that effort.

You might consider attempting a BCLK overclock, though it’s likely the Dell motherboard doesn’t support it. Additionally, there aren’t many options left with BCLK OC either.
