React os is an analysis of the Windows kernel through reverse engineering
Both systems seem to need bootloaders that are officially signed by Sony or Microsoft. Even with React OS, it doesn’t appear to be compatible with the NT kernel, and I doubt it would work without a significant setup effort.
Some managed to run Linux on older PS4s by modifying many modules, which was challenging enough. Doing it with ReactOS would have been even more difficult.
Consider building a replica of React OS and installing it on an Xbox One via a developer license
