Varies by seller, personal experience shows issues. Games are generally fine, but keys often don't work.

Review the seller ratings using the g2a shield method. I've purchased many games there and two Windows keys, with no issues encountered.

Key origins remain unclear in the gray market. G2A keys have been revoked before, and I’m certain they will happen again. No Steam refund is expected.

There have been some situations where many keys sold on G2A were taken back by publishers because they were considered fraudulent. However, most users seem to have a good experience purchasing from those platforms. I recommend spending only what you're comfortable with, as it's usually safer to wait for sales from authorized sellers. G2A operates legally; even when stolen keys were sold, they are simply canceled. You shouldn't be held responsible since you weren't aware of the situation.
