Changed from r3 2200g to Ryzen 5 3600 but GPU fans remain off after installing the new CPU. Updated BIOS recently.

the cpu pin itself doesn't influence your gpu fan speeds, but this specific pin is causing an issue

This would definitely not raise any concerns with the board, and a CPU with faulty pins could handle it.
