The setup includes four extra SATA drives. I didn’t realize that before. I followed the advice from another member who mentioned a drive limitation. It seems my second M.2 drive disappears when the system powers off cold, sometimes shows only two lanes instead of four, and occasionally boots fully. I’m still trying to understand these changes. I’ve already verified that the first drive works properly in slot one.

Check your installed components in your PCIe slots. The MPG B550 Gaming Edge manual notes a known issue where certain PCIe slots may conflict with the second M.2 port, which is typical for these systems.

You only have a graphics card and an audio card installed in the lowest x1 port. Everything else is missing. You still have all your storage devices connected.
