yea waiting on ram will raise cpu usage. This isn't super common, but with some workloads like compression where it is very memory bandwidth intensive, you will see a change.

It seems there could be a misunderstanding. I haven’t tested it myself since I haven’t run it in single-channel mode. Some games might show the CPU at 100% when using a single channel, but performance can drop once dual-channel settings are applied.
