I have a Ryzen 2200G with 16 gigabytes of RAM and a GTX1050. I think the Vega graphics will take some CPU power for rendering, which might slow it down. I disabled them after getting the GTX1050. Recently I've been thinking about upgrading my monitor to boost productivity. I was considering connecting the other monitor via onboard HDMI, or using the unused DVI port on my GTX1050. Would turning on the Vega graphics and using the onboard HDMI improve CPU performance? Does disabling it help?

Unlikely, but you probably won’t see the change—it will consume a bit more RAM and power too.

Use a 1050 plug into the GPU port and turn off VEGA for improved performance.

Connect it to the GPU. Unless you're playing on both screens simultaneously, it won't affect your speed. No and no

It won't work unless you already have a 1050. To conserve energy and reduce heat, keep the iGPU turned off.
