That seems like a solid choice for gaming. QLC runs a bit slower during writes, but usually you download the game once and then it works smoothly for reading. I’d save the cost if it were my decision.

I'm not sure if you're breaking into two rooms, but if you do and place games on them, then running your system at maximum capacity could cause a minor issue.
