The Windows 11 spec lists a GPU needing DirectX 12 support. I understand the GTX 750TI can handle DirectX 12 but is meant for DirectX 11. It’s unclear if it works fully on DirectX 11 or only with the slightly supported version.

You've turned on FTPM and now the system reports compatibility with Windows 11. That means you can use Direct3D version 12 (with FL 11.0).
