The title clearly indicates what's being asked. It's about whether any game penalizes or bans players for using audio features. I'm not intending to suggest cheating, and I usually play without sound enabled, so even with sonic detection, I'd be at a disadvantage. I just want to avoid getting banned for this reason.

It changes the environment, making it unclear if it's seen as "cheating" or not. Yet it doesn't really shift the playing conditions like triple monitors, ultra-wide displays, or high DPI buttons. Some folks think tools such as Sonic Radar are cheating, but I don’t agree with that view. I’m very unlikely to face any consequences from Sonic Radar—it just adjusts your driver settings for a particular setup. You’re not modifying game files or inserting code, which is typically what leads to bans.

It really works well for most things. A 1440p display with a high refresh rate compared to lower resolutions and frame rates gives a noticeable edge. The real value comes from how much you care about the setup. I don’t support those who try to pull information out of the game itself.

It's tough to say definitively. For instance, certain games might restrict A4 tech mice due to stabilization features, while others don't. This is similar here.

It seems things are a bit chaotic right now. From what I understand, sonic radar is essentially just an extra layer that examines audio coming from inside the driver, making it hard for games to detect. They might block certain actions based on flags being constantly enabled. It's tough to confirm though...
