Also, does everything fit on the B550 A-PRO? You probably won’t want to upgrade the M.2 or add more M.2 slots.

Only the 1080p version of the card should be used. It functions with the B550 A-Pro but won’t support a second M.2 SSD. If your graphics card is very narrow, it can fit in the single slot. You’ll understand the constraints for the B550 Tuf gaming board and the Prime B550 will work with any M.2 slot, regardless of position, even with a wider card than two slots.

Hi! The ASUS board you mentioned is now cheaper, which could be a positive change. It offers two M.2 slots and plenty of room around the GPU for better airflow.
