The USG-PRO-4 has reached its end-of-life and won’t get new updates. I learned it’s possible to flash DDWRT onto it. It’s a used model at very low prices, sometimes as low as 94 USD. I’m curious if it can be used with other devices besides routers. It features 2 GB DDR3 RAM, 4 GB flash storage, and a dual-core 1 GHz MIPS64 processor with hardware acceleration for packet processing—similar to a Raspberry Pi. The reference document mentions UniFi_Security_Gateway_DS.pdf.
