The GA-A320M-S2H motherboard supports maximum speeds up to 3200mHz. This figure includes both the RAM slot and the overall system performance. For memory, consider one 8GB RAM at 3000mHz or two 4GB RAM modules at 4000mHz depending on your needs. The links provided give details for both options.

Dual-channel RAM is consistently superior, so I’d opt for a 2x4GB configuration.

CPU-dependent specs: 1st gen up to 2666MHz, 2nd gen up to 3000MHz, 3rd gen up to 3200MHz. Opt for one 8GB module; 4GB units aren't worth it. You'll need around 16GB.

Well... the choice between 2x4 GB and 1x8 GB really comes down to whether you plan to upgrade later. In my country, 2x4 GB is significantly pricier than 1x8GB. I’d recommend sticking with a single 8GB stick depending on your CPU—it’s not a huge difference, though it might matter more if you’re using an APU. The pricing here in my region doesn’t increase smoothly; for example, 8GB might be $50, while 2x8GB would be around $75. So yes, if prices follow that pattern, it can be tempting to save a bit more for a larger capacity.

Your CPU is a Ryzen 3 3200G. Many suggest upgrading to a 4GB dual-channel setup, especially if you don’t play heavily. Whether it’s needed depends on your usage—gaming and multitasking both benefit from more RAM.

It's not the same here. The cost for 1x8GB is about 1450 rupees, roughly $15. You only need 8GB RAM, so you should choose the single 8GB stick rather than two 4GB sticks.

The motherboard may handle multiple slots, but each slot typically supports a maximum frequency. Since one slot is 2400MHz and the other is 3200MHz, using two 2400MHz slots would not exceed the single slot's limit. The actual max speed depends on the specific slot you're using.

Checking whether 2x4GB RAM improves performance depends on your needs. If you run resource-heavy apps or games, it might help. Otherwise, an 8GB single stick could be better for smoother multitasking. Consider what you use most.

Your processor is a Ryzen 3 3200G, which means it's a mid-range chip. The impact on performance depends on your usage and other system components.
