I purchased this title some time back at a discount, assuming it wouldn’t match the intense vibe of a Diablo experience. Even though it leaned toward being lighthearted and cartoonish with weak dialogue and voice acting, I found myself enjoying character creation. However, when I pushed the game to its toughest setting, my new character turned into a semi-divine being. They could easily defeat most foes with a single blow dart and barely take any damage. I’ve spent only a couple of hours or so, reaching an unknown character level, but the lack of challenge made it uninteresting. It’s frustrating because I can stand still while dozens of enemies surround me and attack without consequence, and my health just restarts each time they die. It feels pointless. Does this behavior seem typical, or is there an issue with my character or the game?
The toughest level is Torment XIII, requiring massive damage output in the billions to succeed.
The toughest part is Torment 13; you won’t advance past it unless you’ve completed the main game. The story is quite simple. Once you jump to higher difficulty rifts, things become more challenging. Tell me your battle tag and I’ll join you!
Thanks for the proposal. I’ll continue playing now, though I might revisit it later. Right now I’m around level 12, and things have become a bit tougher recently. It’s still manageable, but facing a dozen foes at once could really take its toll in just about ten seconds. I suspect we’re moving past the beginner stage.
It's unexpected to learn the game remains active despite the belief that all servers were destroyed.
