Despite connecting your Ethernet cable, you're still reporting as offline. You've installed the latest BIOS, and you're running Windows on an SSD from an older computer. Could you share more details?

Are you starting this for the first time? You might have to get the wifi/ethernet driver from your motherboard maker on a different device, save it to a USB stick, and install it yourself on your computer.

Open device manager, look for any unrecognized devices or network adapters. Right-click and update them. Use USB tethering to transfer that small file. Visit the manufacturer’s website to download drivers. Check if your Ethernet port light is flashing. Ensure internet access in your line—modem works, cable is okay. Click setup my pin; it usually doesn’t ask for internet. If you plug in a phone and enable USB tethering, it may appear under network hotspots, while others might have disabled USB settings.

Insert the SSD into your previous computer and apply the necessary NIC drivers for the new setup. You may also download and install them yourself. Once done, shift the SSD and it will recognize the drivers automatically.
