Hi, your debate is interesting. On Mac, Internet Explorer still works, though it’s not the best choice for browsing today. You might find better options available.

IE is actually just fine. People seem to complain more now than when things were most problematic.

Your Mac is quite old—Mac OS X was phased out around 2003, and it doesn<|pad|> to Mac is no longer available. The default browser is Safari, which performs exceptionally well.

I favor Safari over Chrome, it looks quite unpleasant on Windows.

I've been using Firefox for a long time, and I just use it. You can't examine website code in IE or change its settings.

I promise there hasn't been any IE on Mac since IE6. For everyone working on the web, if you're still using IE6, remove the drive it's installed on and delete it completely. Honestly, IE versions under 10 are extremely bad (and 10 is far from great). Safari, Chrome, and Firefox work fine. IE doesn't.

I had no idea someone would use Internet Explorer on a Mac.
