Wine is a software emulation layer that allows apps from other operating systems to run on Linux. In your case, it seems the app is detecting you're offline because it's trying to connect to a network service. On ZorinOS 15.4, checking the specific wine version might help, but the issue could depend on the app's configuration or the emulation settings.

WINE acts as a bridge between Linux and BSD systems, allowing Windows applications to run on them. It doesn't emulate the OS but uses Windows libraries for compatibility. For online use, you must configure your router to open specific ports (though I’m not sure about the exact method).

You might be missing "gnutls lib32-gnutls" along with other dependencies. Zorin OS is built on Ubuntu Bionic Go; check the Linux Mint section for guidance under 19.x to resolve your problem.
