No internet connection from the modem/router device
Hello everyone, I'm trying to connect my Ethernet from the Pace 5268AC Router/Modem setup. There are no lights indicating status on either the front or back near the Ethernet ports. I'm using a 2013 MBP with AT&T service at 25MBps. Appreciate any guidance you can offer.
Can I connect to the device using Wi-Fi? I'm checking if the ports are merely turned off in the GUI.
I reviewed the instructions, but there’s no way to turn off Ethernet. It seems the issue might be with the cable or the MacBook itself, as I’ve noticed several devices with faulty Ethernet connections.
