I started my PC recently with a standard setup and waited a short while before it booted up. It took some time for the taskbar to appear. Once loaded, I saw a strange blue screen but ignored scanning the QR code. After turning it off and on again, I realized there was no internet connection, no network icon, and the settings menu disappeared immediately after opening. Kaspersky reported nothing suspicious. I unplugged the LAN cable and am trying to figure out what to do next.
Thank you for the suggestion. The network card is detected and reports normal operation.
