I visited Micro Center today and purchased a new CPU, motherboard, fans, and RAM. After installation, all my PC fans started working normally, but there was no signal and neither did my mouse nor keyboard. The only device that functions is my Bluetooth adapter, which has its light illuminated. Below are my current specifications:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7600X
Old CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
Cooler: AMD Wraith Stealth
GPU: r× 6600XT (new GPU, stock was out of stock)
Motherboard: ASUS 650-Plus Prime
Old Motherboard: MSI B450 Tomahawk Max
RAM: g.skill Flare ×5 DDR5 1×16 GB, 5600MHz (free with CPU, last model before stock ran out)
Old RAM: g.skill Ripjaw DDR4 2×8 GB, 16 GB
PSU: 550W, 80+ Bronze
Case: Lian Li Lancool 2
Storage: SATA SSD for boot drive and M.2 drive as secondary storage.

If anyone can assist or suggest improvements, please let me know.

Yes, you can receive a signal or post by connecting it directly to the board instead of the GPU.

Test the RAM module in every slot on the board to check for problems with the memory controller or the RAM stick.

I've tested the RAM in all slots, but nothing has changed. Even when starting the PC without the RAM, nothing altered. Every time I power it on, I can shut it down using the PSU switch. @Skiiwee29

Your current power supply is too weak for the new setup. Your 550W unit from a 2004 PC needs a higher capacity PSU—consider a 750W to 850W model with gold or platinum finish.
