Do you recall the version of that NIC? Open Device Manager, navigate to Network adapters, let Windows attempt automatic driver updates for any unrecognized devices.

It looks like the Realtek PCIe GBE is likely involved, though I'm not entirely confident. There are also errors listed under "other devices."
