I have a B450 motherboard, an R7 3700X processor, a 16GB Corsair Vengeance Pro RAM, an RTX 3070 graphics card, and a TP-Link Archer T5E Bluetooth/Wi-Fi dual. After swapping the cases, I still can’t access the internet, Ethernet, or Wi-Fi. I’ve updated drivers and checked all connections, but I’m sure the issue lies elsewhere. I’m really confused.

Here’s the revised version with different phrasing:
The details indicate what the properties are stating. All I did was change the case, which doesn’t make sense.

I understand, it doesn't... particularly since it provides an IP address... is this a local IP address? That would at least indicate it connects you to the router.

Perhaps you've already attempted it, but if not, create a fresh connection on your PC. First, power it down and then restart the router while the PC is off. This method has worked before, and now it seems to be resolved.
