Check the IP settings on those laptops by running 'IPconfig /all' in the command prompt. This will display their current network configurations.

What is the IP setup? Are you sure the router has its own DHCP server? This might be the issue—turn it off and let the modem manage the connection.

Your devices now support both IPv4 and IPv6 configurations. Could you tell me what type of internet service you're using? Is IPv6 essential for your setup? Also, could you share the router's brand and model?

You have a standard internet setup with both 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands, and you're using the router provided by your internet service provider.

Modem or router? Are you sure there isn’t another connection point between your computer and the modem/gateway? I don’t think ISPs provide routers that far.

I received a modem and an access point from my ISP. Attempting to connect through the access point or via powerline failed.

Have you attempted to connect via the modem alone? Is it possible to send a ping to it?
