Your Ethernet is set up, browsing the web functions correctly, but Windows can't reach it. The Microsoft Store fails to open, and updates aren't accessible. The network reports an issue with Ethernet 2 not connecting to the internet.

I've already attempted to reinstall the network drivers and restarted the computer several times. I'm currently reinstalling Windows to check if that resolves the issue.

I considered restarting another version or using Ubuntu before reinstalling the entire system. It would have been quicker and simpler to test.

Open elevated command prompt as administrator. Execute the following steps sequentially: ipconfig /flushdns ipconfig /release ipconfig /renew. If issues persist, manually configure Primary and Secondary DNS addresses to alternatives like Cloudflare's 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1. Verify your system clock accuracy and ensure it synchronizes with an internet time server.
