A simple question, but I can't find an answer anywhere. I've been told (and shown proof) that limiting the power by tuning max current (IccMax) works much better for 13th gen than by specifying max power. But the person who told me that has 13900k. I want to buy i5-13500, and I wonder if it even supports this, being a non-K part. If not, then I might prefer Zen 4 (or even Zen 3). And would it work with a B760 mobo? I'm definitely not buying a Z790, the pricing is insane (compared to what we had a couple years back).

The B760 motherboard design restricts overclocking capabilities, which means setting a maximum current isn't feasible.
