Intel states the 14600K remains impacted while the 14400 stays safe. The 13th and 14th generation models are untouched by these changes.

Power consumption seems excessive. The specs mention an Intel iGPU instead of a dedicated GPU, which likely explains the performance. The 1060 model performed adequately.

How exactly? The 14600k and 12600k aren't that much better. A slight undervoltage would easily make a 12700k fit the same power profile as the chips above. As for the affected cpus from the 13th/14th generation i5 k series onward, all of them have it
