Your computer behaves strangely when you disconnect and reconnect certain devices. When you unplugged the USB 3 SD card reader, Wi-Fi stopped working, but it worked again once you plugged it back in. After that, connecting your mouse and audio DAC to USB 2 ports made everything function properly. Your Wi-Fi card is a TP-Link Archer T6e. It seems like a power-related concern, though it doesn’t quite add up. Launch the Device Manager and test USB devices in that list—check if any are disabled or removed. Right-click the Start button, select Device Manager, then navigate to Network adapters. You should see entries like Archer listed there.
