I’m planning to search for a USB port with a white frame when I return from work. I’m not sure if it’s related to the BIOS update, but if that doesn’t work, I’ll revert to the older version. Let me know if I should help you find a solution.

I verified that I experienced the identical problem. I tested the 2.1 model before the latest version and everything functioned perfectly as expected, with no issues. It seems the bios they just released aren’t being detected by setups like ours, which is quite unusual since none of our components are outdated.

It looks like the update might have been incorrect, but ASRock likely resolved the problem. I re-downloaded it and it functioned properly this time.
