Just installed the latest Windows updates via the update tool, but the icon isn’t showing in the tray. My system is genuine and I have the installation disc. Could you assist? Thanks!

Navigate to C:\ and check for a directory beginning with $ (don’t recall its name). Those are the upgrade files.

I've already tested everything we've done, but nothing seems to work across both systems. It looks like we're mostly stuck waiting to see what happens next—this won't be a long troubleshooting session.
