I’m intrigued by this. I’d really like a WWII CoD experience—it might be the only reason I ever pick up a CoD title again. I feel it’s long past time for the series to move away from futuristic elements and go back to what originally inspired it. On the other hand, I believe World at War was the least popular Call of Duty outside of pre-CoD 4 releases, suggesting maybe not enough demand there. It seems like a fairly niche topic, so financially it wouldn’t make much sense for developers to revisit WWII. Still, with the series in decline, they might as well explore something new.

P.S. I just added a poll asking about interest in a BF/Frostbite Engine game, since many people have shared their thoughts on this. My focus is more on overall WWII themes rather than specific titles.

I enjoy WWII titles, so definitely I’d dive into a solid WWII Call of Duty game.

Absolutely! It's time to revive the classic Call of Duty experience, free from the recent changes that altered its style.

If Treyarch showed up, I’d grab it instantly.

I prefer a WWII title powered by the Frostbite engine.

I’d appreciate it if it was engaging and high-quality, similar to Bad Company 2 or Battlefield 4.

Long ago there was a day when we lost badly, but I think it could have been enjoyable if handled better.
