Another person shared the newest firmware for their MSI board recently, which caused the lighting to stop working. It might be wise to avoid doing that.

I accidentally updated the FW and managed to fix it, or at least got it to function. Once my light is set, it remains, but the change option disappears. So if I need to adjust it again, I just unplug the PC and it resets. This method also works, or I can uninstall Mystic Light and reinstall it. It’s true that MSI has its share of issues.
