I won't adjust my monitor settings each time; I'll use the game's crosshairs during combat and they're unnecessary for my view in ADS.

They don't seem essential to me. If the game lacks a crosshair, it might actually be intentional—it could be central to the experience. If present, it would likely make the game more precise compared to the OSD version.
