If it were installed, I might wonder why I'm not enjoying BF4 anymore. I own both versions, but the main issue seems to be how long it takes to load the maps.

Lately things haven't changed much, but I own it. I used to play it a lot around 2012, though I was still let down by certain design choices (being from 1942 helps a bit...).

I’m ready to jump in and play. I own the core game plus a couple of expansions. I’ve been trying to get BF4 Game Time working but it’s been problematic with EA. Recently I’ve started back at shooters—playing Titanfall Game Time Origin and now COD Advanced Warfare on Steam free weekend. I also tried Battlefield Hardline during the beta. Honestly, if anyone knows good newb servers for BF3 or has some recommendations, I’d love to try this next week or this weekend. Just a note, I might have my son around, so plans could shift.

I have roughly 105 hours in BF3. They fixed BF4, so I’m hoping EA will release another update for BF3. I really like the maps there. I don’t want to give up on old games or legacy titles. I appreciate having a range of experiences.
